Big
Top Circus Came
to Town!
Thanks to the sponsorship of Wickenburg Lions Club, Culpepper &
Merriweather Circus, America’s Favorite Big Top Circus came to
Wickenburg, Arizona on Friday. In its 22nd season, C&M Circus has become
internationally known for quality family entertainment. The authentic One-Ring, Big Top Circus has been featured
on National Geographic’s Explorer TV series, Entertainment T onight,
The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, Arizona Highways Magazine.
It has also been featured on the A&E Special: Under the Big Top and most
recently, On the Road with Circus Kids, a Nickelodeon special featured
on the Nick News Program.
Children of all ages 2 to 92 were thrilled to watch as a field was
transformed into a bustling Circus City. Activity swirled around the
grounds as animals were unloaded, the Big Top was
erected, and rigging was prepared for
performances .
The performers and crew of
the Circus were one in the same , which made the show an
incredible personal adventure. Tigers, birds, elephants,
clowns and a great selection of thrilling talent amazed the Wickenburg
audience.
On circus day, the performers brought the magic of the circus to life in
a thrilling 90-minute show. This
year’s lineup includes an All-Star group of performers and entertainers.
